Juliana Lemes holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Mauá College of Engineering, a specialist qualification in Environmental Pollution Control Engineering, and an MBA in Business Management from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation. In a career spanning over 17 years, Juliana has worked in R&D, supply chains, finance and human resources for multinational companies such as Unilever, General Electric and Syngenta.
Júlia Hamú de La Penha graduated in International Relations from IBMEC – Rio de Janeiro. She began her career at Michelin in the area of Government Relations, then went through the area of resource mobilization at Unicef and data collection at the NGO Rio Como Vamos. She started her Masters in International Relations and Security at the University of Westminster, in London, and currently is doing an MBA in Business Management at Getúlio Vargas Foundation.
